Usage Agreement

By inviting Mailman to your server, you agree to the following terms of service.

The bot is provided as-is. The developer is not responsible for any damages caused by the bot. The developer reserves the right to change the bot at any time, including but not limited to, removing features, changing commands, and changing the bot's behaviour.

The developer reserves the right to terminate the bot at any time, with or without notice.

The privileges of using and inviting the bot to your server may be revoked at any time, with or without notice if it is found that Discord's Terms of Service, Privacy Policy or Community Guidelines are violated.

Mailman is allowed to collect and store data about your server as described in the Privacy Policy. This data is used to provide the bot's services and is not shared with any third parties.

Liability

The developer is not liable if these terms of service are not followed.

These terms of service may be changed at any time, with or without notice. Any use of the bot after the terms of service have been changed constitutes acceptance of the new terms of service. To opt out of these terms of service, you must remove Mailman from your server.

Privacy Policy

Data Usage

Mailman collects and stores data about your server. This data is used to provide the bot's services and is not shared with any third parties.

Data Collection

Mailman collects the following data about your server:

  • Server ID
  • Role ID of the verified role
  • Role ID of the Mailman admin role
  • Channel ID of the logs channel
  • Allowed email domains

These are the minimum requirements for the bot to function. We do not collect any other data about your server or users.

Removal of Data

To remove your server's data, you must remove Mailman from your server. This can be done by kicking the bot from your server. Data will be automatically removed after the bot has been removed from your server.
